Who we are

Two people who genuinely like the business tasks most people would rather avoid.

That is basically why T & A exists.

We’re a two-person business, and we want to keep it that way.

We’re not trying to become a huge agency, take on as many clients as possible, or sell businesses services they don’t actually need.

We want to stay small enough that every business that chooses to work with us gets our complete attention.

T & A came from something pretty simple: we genuinely enjoy the parts of running a business that a lot of people hate doing. Setting things up, organizing systems, creating forms and templates, figuring out software, building websites, designing materials, improving workflows, and getting all the little pieces to work together — that’s the stuff we actually like.

So instead of trying to be everything to everyone, we want to use what we’re good at to help other small-business owners spend more time doing what they’re good at.

And we want to save you as much time and money as possible. That means helping you choose what actually makes sense for your business, avoiding unnecessary services or subscriptions, and building systems you can keep using without paying someone forever just to maintain them.

One side of our work focuses more on business setup, software, documents, systems, organization, and automations. The other focuses more on non-AI custom design, business pages, advertising support, and physical branded materials. Websites and app projects are something we work on together.

Attention

We keep our client load small enough to stay personally involved in the work.

Honesty

If we think you do not need something, we would rather tell you than add it to the invoice.

Ownership

Whenever possible, we build things so your business can keep using them without being permanently dependent on us.

Flexibility

One-time projects, customized packages, and ongoing support are all options depending on what fits the business.

Why this work

Because this is the stuff we like doing.

Organizing a messy process, finding the right software, building a form, getting a website to finally look right, setting up an automation, making the business information consistent — those are satisfying problems to us.

Our goal is simple: make your business easier for you to run and easier for customers to understand.
